Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

✦ Cancellations

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee, as this time has been held especially for you.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

✦ Refunds

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind cancellations or missed appointments. If a session cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, you will be offered a reschedule or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

✦ Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with 24+ hours’ notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee, depending on availability and circumstances.

✦ Exceptions

I honour compassionate exceptions for emergencies or unexpected events—please reach out directly if something arises.
